Web For Tradies offers website design, development, hosting, SEO, and other related services to tradies in Australia. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

4. Accounts

To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Fees and Payment

•The fees for our services are outlined on our Pricing page. Payments are due monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

•Monthly plans have a minimum duration of 6 months.

•Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your services.

•Additional fees apply for transferring services away from Web For Tradies, including but not limited to domain transfer fees.

•If payment has not been made by the due date, we may charge a late fee and pursue the outstanding amount with a debt collection agency. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the debt collection process.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

•You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

•Refunds for services are not provided, except at our discretion or where required by law.

•If you cancel before the minimum duration of 6 months for monthly plans, you will still be liable for the full 6-month payment.

7. Intellectual Property

•The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws and are owned by Web For Tradies or its licensors.

•Web For Tradies retains ownership of all designs and developments created for your website. Clients subscribe to use our service and do not own the website design or development.

•You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

•Web For Tradies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web For Tradies and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.
